Celebrate the Children, a state-approved private school for neurodiverse individuals in Denville, NJ is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team to support our school's operations in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to perform a broad range of administrative duties. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, excels at multitasking, and can effectively manage competing priorities in a school setting while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, and scheduling meetings.
- Provide support to school leadership and staff with daily operational needs.
- Assist with communication to parents, staff, and community as needed.
- Organize and maintain school records and documents.
- Support event coordination, including school activities and meetings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a private school setting preferred.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and other office software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Position Details
- 10-month contracted position (September - June)
