Working closely with sales, insights, content, and PR teams, you’ll translate brand influence into high-impact campaigns that captivate advertisers and consumers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and present integrated marketing proposals that blend creativity with strategic insights, tailored for major industries (e.g., Beauty, Consumer Goods, Entertainment, Automotive).
- Lead marketing discussions and actively contribute to client meetings.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Research, Brand Marketing, Experiential, and Digital Operations.
- Position the company as a leader across digital, social, and experiential platforms by crafting compelling advertising opportunities.
- Experience in media, digital publishing, or advertising sales strategy.
- Exceptional writing skills with a sharp eye for detail—grammar, structure, and formatting matter.
- Strong storytelling abilities—able to transform insights, data, and product details into persuasive marketing presentations.
- Confident presenter with the ability to communicate creative concepts effectively.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive mindset—capable of driving projects independently while maintaining flexibility.
- Deep understanding of modern digital, video, social media, and branded content trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and teamwork across departments.
- Comfort engaging with senior executives and high-profile stakeholders.
- Proficiency in presentation tools such as Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint.
- 9-6pm core hours, 4 days, about 32 hours per week.
