Role Description

This could be a full time or part time role for a customer support rep. in Menominee or remote. The Customer Support Rep will work with a Territory Manager and will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, conducting research, and providing exceptional customer support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market & customer needs
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated person is a must
• Knowledge of lawn and garden, chain saw, and hydraulic hose supplies is a plus
