DUTIES
Position is fully ADMINISTRATIVE and includes following types of tasks found in a business office: (1) Clerical (e.g. data entry, templatized drafting) (2) Customer Service (e.g. phone skills, reception, hospitality, process payments), (3) Systems Development (e.g. refine existing checklists, create automated tech-based solutions), (4) Leadership (e.g. supervise interns, project management), (5) Operations (i.e. other miscellaneous day-to-day tasks to keep office running smoothly; supply inventory; meeting setup / takedown; open & close office, etc).
Individual aptitude taken into account to determine ratio of foregoing tasks. Overall, position requires demonstrated ability to multitask with precision in time-sensitive environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Two(2) years work experience in business office administration. Ideal candidate possesses the following: (1) Character: (a) utterly reliable, humble, emotionally mature, strong ethical compass, (b) oriented towards service to others, (c) takes action required for personal growth, enjoys taking pride in a job well done; (2) Organization Skills (e.g. natural appreciation for fine detail, order, symmetry, maintaining uncluttered workplace); (3) Soft Skills (e.g. experience dealing with diverse personalities in sometimes emotionally-charged situations) -AND- (4) Locally Rooted (i.e. evident desire to reside long term in our community).
COMPENSATION
