Description
A Home Health RN is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
They will coordinate patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collegial relationship.
The Registered Nurse Home Health will provide whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.

Requirements:
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- 1 year Medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting
- 2 years Experience in acute care or community mental health setting for Mental Health RN work assignment
