Position Available: Regional Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
The Regional Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, financial performance, and compliance for a 1,000 unit affordable housing portfolio in the Charlotte market.
Company Info:
The company has been around for well over 40 years. They are progressive, entrepreneurial owner, manager, investor, and developer of multifamily housing. They currently own and operate a growing portfolio totaling over 6,000 units. They are also an active condo/townhome/single family association manager with over 65 properties under management.
Key Requirements:
- 7 years of progressive experience in affordable housing property management, with at least 2 years in a regional/district/area manager role. Must be well versed in LIHTC.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office. YARDI Voyager, Payscan and Rent Café experience preferred.
