We are looking for a self-motivated person with proven experience in healthcare marketing!
Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains relationships with physicians, hospital case managers, assisted living facilities and other healthcare professionals.
- Promotes home health programs and services to the community.
- Manages community education budget.
- Communicates effectively with referral sources to provide status updates on patients.
- Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to include daily call schedule and tracking all appointments.
