Responsibilities:• Efficiently process accounts payable to ensure accuracy• Handle data entry tasks related to invoice backlogs• Perform 3-way matching tasks as part of the accounts payable process• Use Great Plains (GPAC) and Great Plains Dynamics for various tasks• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking necessary action when required• Maintain highly accurate records of customer credit information• Respond and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts• Review and verify invoices and check requests• Set invoices up for payment and track expenses and process expense reports• Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
