Specialized Support Services, Inc. is hiring an Office Coordinator for our Marshall Area Operation. This is a full-time position in our regional office in Marshall, MO. The Marshall Office is home to 2 other colleagues who lead our work to provide Individualized Supported Living environments for consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The Office Coordinator will perform receptionist duties and assist with all areas of human resources (recruitment, background screenings, training, documentation, compliance), payroll, scheduling, expense reporting, staff meetings, variance reporting and accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Prior office experience is required. Computer proficiency and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.
