Job Summary
The Partner Development Manager at Telarus is responsible for growing assigned Technology Advisors. This role drives sales by developing and expanding relationships with Technology Advisors to optimize revenue opportunities and achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow new technology advisors for Telarus
- Maintain and expand relationships with assigned Technology Advisors
- Identify growth opportunities for partners to utilize additional Telarus services
- Build relationships with provider Channel Managers to facilitate new advisor recruitment
- Utilize CRM to maintain relationships and expand Technology Advisors’ growth
- Execute strategies to sell Telarus products and services
- Achieve assigned performance targets
- Facilitate communication between partners and internal teams regarding channel activities, marketing programs, product rollouts, and support resources
- Stay current with industry trends, marketplace developments, and competitor activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
