We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

Work from the office in Lisbon, Portugal
What you will be doing:
First point of contact on the phone for the guests.
Processing of all written enquiries and requests.
Advising the guests via all communication channels used at the company.
Carrying out daily arrival and departure checks.
Being responsible for the maintenance of the PMS and other hotel specific systems as well as all our guest and customer data.
Checking the reservations as well as the incoming payments.
Processing various guest enquiries.
Requirements:
Fluency in German language (must be at least C2)
Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
Be in Lisbon or be ready to relocate
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What you will gain:
full time contract
Salary without accommodation: 1654 euros gross / month
Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1274 euros gross / month

Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
