Sales Partner Support with German (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

• You will answer and provide resolutions to customer's emails and be responsible for the management of customer complaints
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors is part of your role
• Further, you will provide product and service information to customers and perform corrections and changes regarding incorrect entries or transactions
• In addition, you will provide support and fix scan errors (ICC – Individual Cylinder Control scanning), as well as provide support regarding the use of the sales system “LISA”
• Provide support regarding system and hardware problems (LISA system, printer, scanner)
• You will monitor the monthly document posting (monthly closing VP documents)
• Provide support regarding the release test's for innovations in the system
• Receive, verify, and process, monthly, all the documents received from Germany, according to the procedures and contracts concluded with the dealers
• Receive, register, and verify data and information in the system
• Also, you will ensure the transmission of documents via mail, fax, electronic mail, draft and deliver documents and situations required by management

What makes you great

• You have great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good negotiation skills suit your profile
• Mandatory advanced level of German language (B2 /C1)
• Moreover you have good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems is required
• Focus on customer satisfaction, as well as detailed oriented and problem-solving skills
• You have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and to learn fast and adapt easily
• Openness to travel in Germany or to Timisoara for training purposes (costs covered by the company)
