IT Helpdesk Support Engineer - Construction, International Business Park

Job Description

• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
• Entering data into ERP software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data
• Sets up administrator and service accounts
• Maintains system documentation
• Executing different testing cases based on the functional specification and sample documents given
• Documenting testing results properly
• Provides advice and training to end-users
• Assist in the day-to-day operations for all user departments
• Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products
• Hardware support e.g. IT equipment, servers, network

Job Requirements

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Computer Science with experience in hardware and software support
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly.
