• Support sales team on the design / specifications of company's products. (Lifts & Escalators) for tenders’ requirement
• Check processes and guidelines are adhere-to within limit of authority
• Comply and ensure that orders, offers and studies are processed in accordance to tender specifications, as-sold specifications and contract requirements.
• Ensure all orders and offers meet ex-work and clients’ schedule under consideration of lead time given by suppliers.
• Ensure up to date costing in CVM and SAP.
• Ensure best cost and sourcing for all orders and tenders
• Ensuring designs are available to those who need them, at the appropriate time.
• Comply with local ‘Code of Practice’ relating to design.
• Comply with Group directives.
• Comply with Group Product Lines wherever applicable.
• Aware and understand workplace safety
• Perform works in highest ethics and values
• Avoiding errors and reducing financial risk during construction.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of the process.
• Monitor local regulations and feedback to Group (if necessary).

Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical engineering or related discipline

- Min 2 years on project or manufacturing Costing of Mechanical Parts

- Experience in SAP preferred
