Duties
Project Leadership & Direction – Provide strategic oversight on all project operations, from design and planning to scheduling, scope, and budgeting.
Timely & Budget-Conscious Execution – Lead upgrading, A&A projects to ensure client expectations are met within agreed timelines and budget constraints.
Consultant Management – Negotiate and manage consultant services, monitoring the progress and quality of work performed by licensed or certified consultants.
Quality Assurance & Compliance – Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews to ensure all work meets required standards and specifications.
Comprehensive Project Monitoring – Oversee all phases of planning, design, and construction, ensuring smooth progression and problem-solving as needed.
Financial Oversight – Manage project funds, including payments to consultants, contractors, and authorities, ensuring financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirement
Min 5 years diploma in Project Management / Facilities Management / Engineering or equivalent.
