The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
Develop and analyse Value Stream Maps for critical warehouse processes (Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory) to pinpoint inefficiencies and drive process improvements
Perform time studies on operational workflows to identify optimisation opportunities and recommend efficiency enhancements
Ensure the accuracy and currency of Warehouse Maps by updating existing layouts and creating detailed new drawings when required
Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance and boosting productivity
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement projects and resolve operational challenges through innovative and practical solutions
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Strong oral and written communication skills
Positive team player who thrives in dynamic and collaborative environments
