The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Role Overview:
The Warehouse Team Lead manages inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and quality control. This role ensures efficient operations, resolves discrepancies, and coordinates with internal teams and warehouse returns to maintain accuracy and operational standards.
Discrepancy Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any discrepancies in inbound or outbound processes, coordinating with warehouse returns.
Operational Efficiency: Monitor and maintain operational efficiency, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and in accordance with warehouse standards.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Warehouse Supervisor on team performance, operational issues, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1 year of experience as a team lead.
Minimum qualification: Nitec, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of logistics and e-commerce operations.
Must be able to work night shifts and weekends, as the role follows a 5-day work week, on a permanent basis.
