We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Insurance Advisor to join our team in Singapore. As a Corporate Insurance Advisor, you will work closely with businesses of all sizes to assess their insurance needs, advise on the best policies, and ensure their assets, operations, and employees are properly covered. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain lasting relationships with corporate clients. You will be supported by a robust backend and administrative team to ensure that your focus remains on delivering outstanding advisory services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Meet with corporate clients to understand their unique business needs, risks, and requirements for insurance coverage.
Tailored Insurance Solutions: Advise clients on appropriate insurance policies, including commercial property, liability, health, workers’ compensation, and other corporate coverage options.
Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments for businesses, identifying potential exposures and recommending coverage that offers the best protection.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the insurance industry, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide clients with informed, cutting-edge advice.
Policy Design and Negotiation: Work with insurers to tailor policies to suit client needs, ensuring competitive pricing and adequate coverage.
Administrative Support: Collaborate with the backend and administrative teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of policies, renewals, claims, and other related documentation.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional coverage.
Claims Assistance: Support clients through the claims process, ensuring smooth communication with insurers and timely resolution.
Continuous Learning: Participate in regular training and development programs to stay ahead of industry changes and enhance your expertise in corporate insurance.
Qualifications:
To have certification in BCP, PGI, CGI & HI
Proven experience in corporate insurance advisory, with a focus on commercial policies (e.g., property, liability, health, workers’ compensation).
Strong knowledge of Singapore’s corporate insurance market and regulations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and insurers.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Experience in using CRM software and other insurance-related tools is a plus.
