Shipping Executive

🧼 Working location: Tai Seng

🧼 Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm

🧼 Salary: up to $3,500

🧼 Preferred those who do full set of export document, LC nego, and understand Inco Terms (which are short hands in shipping industry)

Job Duties:

· Prepare and manage shipping documents such as letter of credit, Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, permits, insurance, and Certificates of Origin (Chambers).

· Liaising with shipping agents & forwarders

· Prepare bank drafts for LC negotiation

· Prepare and manage shipping documents such as letter of credit, Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, permits, insurance, and Certificates of Origin (Chambers).

· Any other assignments which may be assigned from time to time

Requirement:

· Minimum 1-year shipping experience

· Experience in export (Able to book vessels, know how to prepare export documents)

· Experience with SAP will be an added advantage

· Certification as a Permit Declarant is not required but would be an added plus.

· Able to work independently

· Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred
